What chick lit book with pink and blue pages am I thinking of?

I remember seeing a book at the library perhaps a year ago that I believe was chick lit, and the pages were multicolored, I think pink and blue. Does anyone know what this was?

1. I really don't know for sure, but the Shopoholic series keeps coming to mind (really funny...) or the Emily Griffin series??
