10points! What does it mean to be a girl next door?What does it mean for a boy to say your down to earth?

I'm not talking about the t.v show i'm talking about when someone tells me i'm a "girl next door" and i'm down to earth what does that mean.

21. From me it would be a compliment. The girl next door? It means you have a more natural beauty that doesn't need all glam and falseness of gaudy make-up and hair. Down to earth: You've got a good head on your shoulders. You're not big on making a big appearence and know you're no better or no worse than your peers. Celeb examples Sandra Bullock: Girl next door that is down to earth. Paris Hilton: Pretty but has a false beauty about her. She is very full of herself and thinks everyone adores her. I prefer Sandra Bullock.
22. Ok well they mean two different things. the girl next door means your an average girl someone somebody feels they can talk to probably and they see you as a neighbor person. down to earth means you are honest and upfront and frank with people. they're both nice things and compliments.
